The fundamental simplicity of the tandoor, with the rich yet delicate sauces of the Handi. The Handi (wok) was brought to northern India by the descendants of Genghis Kan, when the moguls rode in to India from Iran and Afghanistan.
To allow the guests to enter the atmosphere propicious to fully appreciate their meal, and in orther to pay tribute to the rich diversity of Indian culture and its various decorative crafts, many carefully selected items from India are on display.
