Sretsis, a sisters' tale

Sretsis, a sisters' tale
From her first collection Dreamland Circus in 2003 to the current Flying Underground spring/summer collection (presented first in Bagkok for Elle Fashion Week 2006), Pim Sukhahuta along with her sisters tell us a new story with each of her creations.

Sretsis universe is like a diary of three sisters who grew up and evolved closely together, each collection being a new chapter of their lives.

Her work is both elegant and mischievous, mixing custom printed fabrics with revisited old-fashioned looks.

Brocade Thai silk along side with detailed fabric embroidery create graceful and playful silhouettes where fluidity and feminity are mastered.

Sretsis, a sisters' tale

Pim Sukhahuta works closely with her two sisters, partners in the brand Sretsis. The older, Kly, oversees the business and marketing aspects as the younger, Matina (article to come), creates accessories. This unusual trio finds recognition from Bangkok to New York, not forgetting Paris and Melbourne…

Defining their brand's inspiration, they say: "We love old fashioned stuff because they are honest and direct. However, we have twisted, and looked at them from a totally new angle that enables them to be more interesting than ever."
